Service Description
During your first appointment, we will go over your questions & concerns about nutrition basics, your diet, or other food-related topics. This is a time for us to get to know each other as client and provider, and decide if it is beneficial for us to continue meeting. For ethical reasons, if your needs are out of my scope of practice, I may need to refer you to a specialized provider that would be more qualified - such as an eating disorder or other serious condition that would warrant a more advanced treatment plan. *Currently: accepting new clients


Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS & NO CALL/NO SHOWS Normandy Nutrition strives to provide a fair and flexible cancellation policy in order to ensure business runs smoothly and can accommodate for unexpected situations for both clients and practitioners. Last-minute cancellations, no text or no call/no show, and habitual rescheduling or cancellations are disruptive to business and disrespectful to other clients. Habitual Cancellation: A client who:​ cancels three appointments consecutively, has five cancellations and/or reschedules, and/or cancels or reschedules an appointment within 24 hours or less, three or more times in a calendar year must prepay for all future appointments for the remaining calendar year. This will be non-refundable. No call/no shows will be charged for half the price of the scheduled session, which will be required to be paid on the next appointment. If this occurs twice in a calendar year, the client must prepay for all future appointments for the remaining calendar year. This will be non-refundable.
